Rerserach on Microstructure and Properties of Cr12MoV after Heat Treatment
After spheroidizing annealing / quenching and tempering treatment as preheat treatment and the same vacuum heat treatment as final heat treatment, the microstructure, hardness, impact toughness, bending strength and wear resistance of Cr12MoV steel were studied.

The average life of the cold drawing punch for the inner ring of 203 and 102 bearings made of CH1 steel is 15,000 pieces, which is 5 times longer than that of GCr15/52100 steel.
