ALTA 1.2360 tool steel is a high-quality alloy tool steel with good mechanical properties and heat treatment properties, this 1.2360 steel have high toughness and wear resistance to dynamic loading.

Through proper heat treatment and processing technology, 1.2360 tool steel can meet the processing requirements of complex mold parts, maintain sharpness for a long time, and perform well under high load and impact working conditions.

This 1.2360 tool steel can also be supplied in 1.2360 Mod. Condition which is similar to AISI A8 Mod. Tool steel.

Applications

² Manufacture of various cutting tools and dies, such as cold stamping dies, planers, impact blades, punching tools, industrial cutting knives, wood chipping knives, veneer knives

² Manufacture of cold and hot rolling rolls and other metal heating and cooling tools

² Manufacture plastic molds
